What you'll need

1. Warranty policy

FreePower wireless chargers come with an industry-leading 5-year warranty to ensure peace of mind and reliable performance. Our warranty is divided into two parts:

  • Full coverage (1 year warranty): If your FreePower device malfunctions during the first year for any reason, we'll warranty it at no cost.
  • Limited coverage (5 year warranty): Our limited coverage warranty covers the core charging capability for and industry-leading 5 years. If your device has issues with its core wireless charging function, we'll replace it. The limited coverage warranty does not cover functionality outside of core wireless charging, like the fan, LEDs, or power supply for the charger.

For more information, review the full FreePower warranty documentation.

2. How to use your warranty

If you're experiencing issues, please contact our support team.

  • Evaluation Process: We'll work with you to assess the problem.
  • Replacement: If your issue isn’t resolved and is covered under warranty, we'll ship you replacement parts free of cost with a prepaid return label to return the faulty ones back to us.
