    If you have downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Aira Inc., not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
