About FreePower

In 2017, FreePower (FKA Aira) took the first steps toward reinventing a technology that had always fallen short of expectations: wireless charging. Today, we have more than 250 patent assets for our advanced system, all of which were engineered in-house. After years of perfecting the technology, we launched the second-generation FreePower with Tesla in 2023, followed by our latest innovation: FreePower for Countertop. The technology won a multitude of awards in 2024 including 3 CES Innovation Awards, IIDA Product Design Award, KBB’s Kitchen Product of the Year, the coveted KBIS Best-in-Show Award, and Fast Company’s Next Big Things in Tech. We are now partnering with leading architects, designers, builders, and fabricators to bring power to the spaces that connect us, with FreePower now available in more than 450 showrooms and fabrication shops across the United States.
